Research Goals 研究目標

心不全グループは心エコー図検査を活用して包括的な心不全治療を行っております。特に、弁膜症、心筋症、重症心不全、構造的心疾患、先天性心疾患、腫瘍循環器学を専門に診療・研究を行っております。女性医師も伝統的に多数所属しており第一線で活躍しています。 The Heart Failure Group provides comprehensive heart failure care utilizing echocardiography. We specialize in the diagnosis and research of valvular disease, cardiomyopathy, advanced heart failure, structural heart disease, congenital heart disease, and cardio-oncology. Traditionally, many female physicians are part of the group and actively contribute on the front lines.

Research Topic 研究内容

当グループでは、心エコー図検査を用いて循環器疾患における心機能評価を行い、その知見を研究に応用しています。対象疾患は、弁膜症、拡張型および肥大型心筋症をはじめ、心アミロイドーシスや心サルコイドーシスなどの二次性心筋症、さらにがん治療関連心筋障害など多岐にわたります。これまでに多数の研究成果を国内外の学術誌に発表してまいりました。近年では、神戸大学および兵庫県立淡路医療センターと連携して実施している心不全のコホート研究「KUNIUMI Registry」を活用し、心不全に関する様々な解析を行っております。また、国内外の多施設共同前向き研究にも積極的に参画し、最新の知見を世界に向けて発信し続けています。 Our group evaluates cardiac function in cardiovascular diseases using echocardiography and applies these findings to research. The conditions we study include valvular disease, dilated and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, secondary cardiomyopathies such as cardiac amyloidosis and cardiac sarcoidosis, as well as cancer treatment–related cardiac dysfunction. We have published numerous research findings in both domestic and international journals. In recent years, we have utilized the heart failure cohort study 'KUNIUMI Registry,' conducted in collaboration with Kobe University and Hyogo Prefectural Awaji Medical Center, to perform various analyses related to heart failure. Additionally, we actively participate in multicenter prospective studies both in Japan and abroad, continuously sharing the latest findings with the global community.
