- 給与について Salary
- 基本給／諸手当（超過勤務手当・通勤手当・住居手当など）/院外勤務が主な給与になります。これらは、常勤/非常勤職員/勤務時間等で異なります。 Compensation consists of a base salary and various allowances (such as overtime, commuting, and housing), as well as payments for external clinical duties. These details vary depending on employment status (full-time/part-time) and working hours.
- 勤務時間について Working Hours
- 定時での終業が基本です。院外勤務先の夕診・夜間診を担当した場合は、勤務先の終業時刻までの勤務になります。 Regular working hours are based on standard schedules. If assigned to evening or night outpatient clinics at affiliated institutions, working hours will be extended until the end of those sessions.
- 休日について Holidays
- 土・日の両日と祝日（当院での日当直業務や院外勤務先での日当直業務が、月1-2回程度あります） Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays are generally off. However, on-call duties at our hospital or at affiliated institutions occur about 1–2 times per month.
- 当直回数・手当について On-Call Duties and Allowances
- 当院での当直業務には、循環器内科は、循環器病棟当直医・CCU (Coronary Care Unit)当直医の2名を配置し、当直業務を行います。当院での当直業務は月2回程度です。院外勤務先での当直業務（宿日直許可取得されていることがほとんど）に従事することもあります（月2-4回程度）。 For on-call duties at our hospital, the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine assigns two physicians: one for the cardiovascular ward and one for the Coronary Care Unit (CCU). These shifts take place about twice per month. In addition, physicians may also engage in on-call duties at affiliated institutions (most of which are licensed for in-house overnight coverage), typically 2–4 times per month.
